Interim shout out (between dried tomato blog updates) to this raw desert honey. Harvested by a member of the "White Dove of the Desert" -- the San Xavier Mission on the Tohono O'odham Nation. I'm a fickle honey connoisseur; this liquid gold is some of the best I've ever had.
