...I tore out all the spinach, rainbow chard and arugula and planted SEVEN tomato plants yesterday. It's almost 90 degrees in Tucson today (ugh), but I'll be pleased when we're roasting tomatoes and eating Corn & Pesto Crunch salads in April!
